"The staff were great but the property definitely needs some upgrades which I noticed was mentioned in previous reviews but appreciated the fact that it was close to universal studios, rooms and facility were clean, the staff were attentive and friendly. I thought the parking was free but there was a charge of $22 per night."

"The hotel was about 45 minutes from Hollywood. Lots of food options around. There was a pool that we didn't use but it looked clean. Fresh breakfast was really a plus's it was nice. Free parking was nice too. The area was very safe. My only complaint is that they clearly had a water leak in the room, and the bathroom smelled like humidity, the wall was still wet and it wasn't repair, plus the shower handle was barely holding so it was hard to have the right water temperature "
