The property was well situated, with only a short walk to many attractions. Public transportation was also nearby. The rooms were clean. The bed was ok. The outside noise, traffic etc. was heard very easily in the room, especially at night. The staff were friendly enough. Overall we enjoy our time in LA.

Staff was friendly and room was clean, but the bedside lamp did not operate. Also the rollup window curtain did not function. The most aggravating condition was the lack of functional Wi-Fi or internet service in the hotel and dining room during our entire stay.
