"Our experience from start to finish was superb. Quick and easy check in, they even had a room ready for us early. The room was so spacious, clean & fresh. Their breakfast spread was worth every cent. So many options of delicious food. Literally something for everyone's palate. My boyfriend said this was the nicest hotel he's been. Thank you for the great time we spent in Strasbourg!"

"This is a beautiful hotel near the heart of Strasbourg. The view from our room along the canal was from a postcard! We never ate at the hotel (the meals did look fantastic, although pricey) since there was so many lovely local restaurants within a 30 second to 5 minute walk. We did use the spa area (I love the steam room) and gym a couple times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area is very safe. If i had to nitpick for one improvement, the room got warm when we shut the windows (there can be a bit of noise a little late outside and early in the mornings) as the air-conditioning did not help much. Overall, this is a high end property that I definitely recommend."

"Short walk to train station made staying at this hotel an easy choice, particularly since we had an early train to Paris to catch. Always felt safe but there were street people around. Most of the trendier night life and shopping is about a 10 to 20 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great—clean and spacious. Would certainly stay again "
