The staff are friendly

Good value for money, good location, comfortable and clean.

very friendly staff, excellent stay, comfortable bed, microwave worked well. bathroom was clean. beautiful location as well, very close to a tram station.

Super welcoming staff and the place still smells like a new build home! The gym is well equipped and having a late checkout time made the morning much less rushed!

We enjoyed the stay with our dog and kids. They had fun at the pool, games in the lobby, and breakfast was delicious.

The Portland Hyatt Regency is a relatively new hotel, and it shows. The lobby is large, with plenty of comfortable seating areas. Six 3,500lb elevators mean there's never a wait. The restaurant has plenty of vegan/vegetarian options, and isn't too expensive. There's a market with snacks, which was nice. I had a king suite on the 10th floor, with mountain, river and city views. Everything was new, and in top notch working order. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Motion detector...

The room was clean, the property was gorgeous with the Japanese inspired interior! The bath bombs in the hotel shop were perfect for the big bathtub in our room! Our only complaint would be that the pillows are very thin, the beds are comfortable otherwise! We would stay here again. :)

Excell Location walking distance to shops Complimentary tickets for the city tram Good free breakfast in am Excellent coffee Clean and tidy good condition of appliances and furniture

It was a great hotel. very clean and organized and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast was good, very convenient for food and was easy access to ubers/transportation. we were able to keep our luggage there for almost an entire day before catching our flight. Overall, 9.8/10
