Close proximity in the heart of downtown was a plus. The illusion of them having an operating restaurant and bar on line was completely misleading as it was non operational. Staff was inconsistent with information and lacked professionalism. Overall, the hotel felt like it was operating on a very lean budget. However, the room was very clean with very a nice bathroom.
