Comfortable 2 plants house with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, lovely private terrace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine, 5 minutes driving from the airport, 10 minutes from main bus station, accesible local bus service. The house is an easy ride from representative and interesings places in Merida. Local markets and groceries nearby. Take into consideration that the historical center of the city of Merida is one of the largest in Latin America, officially has 696 blocks and 3906 properties. Historic corners will always have a distinctive sign in front, in reference to the name of the corner. You will be staying in one of the historic corners of Merida, if you are interested in more information about it, we will gladly provide it. Consider that you would have to generally take a transport to Centro. Merida is one rated among the safest and most livable cities in Mexico. The centric area, and the principal places near to "barrio de San Sebastian" are very safe. You can walk on the street and you will feel safe. If your want to walk, down town is a 40 minutes walk to "cintarazo corner".The neighbors are usually friendly with local and foreign visitors. The house will be ready for you, you will have drinking water, seasonal tropical fruit, coffe and other courtesies. It is very important to remember: Electricity is very expensive in Mexico, so help us and be counscience about the following recomendations: Air conditioneres must be turned off when you go out the house. The air conditioner is just for the bedrooms, please close the door when they are working. iI you need cleaning service, you can request one for and extra cost of $250 pesos.
