Very impressed with the suite/room. The location is excellent and the check-in service was exceptional. Appreciated the offered me a higher floor suite.

The staff was excellent. I was in town for a medical procedure and needed a quiet room. The accommodated me and even upgraded my room. They were always friendly and the room was perfect. We ordered food from the restaurant to take up to our room and it was delicious. You have to get the Parmesan fries.

Spacious room, clean and convenient.

Right across from costco, close to the zoo...... Unfortunately the accessable shower would be hard for a "bigger" person to get into as the door is small, and the faucet is near the bottom of the shower making it hard to turn the shower on esoecially if you have a bad back.....a few little changes would make this a great shower as the size is big...

We stayed here for a swim meet and the staff was incredible. After connecting with us days before the stay to make sure we were ok with switching our accommodations, they threw in M Lounge access for the entire stay. They were accommodating of dietary restrictions and we even had a wonderful conversation with Jenn, the general manager. Honestly can’t rave enough! The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. We won’t hesitate to book again for the next meet!

Great Staff… easy check in. Complimentary Full Breakfast and every night there is 2 free cocktails with plenty of snacks included with your hotel stay between 5-7pm plus you can stay for dinner as they have a great variety of food to chose from. So many extras make the stay the best choice in the area. Been back 3 times already. Best value for what you pay and what you get😎

Room was spacious and view of Toronto fantastic, surrounding area safe and close to thing's we we're interested in.

I have no negative comment about the place . considering price and value. I have to give them a 5 star room was clean, bathroom was clean. everything work as it is supposed to be . I enjoyed the pool and it wa s clean. this hotel is still in pristine condition, hallway smell good

I have stayed in many of the Toronto (YYZ) airport hotels, and this is by far my favourite. The main reason is the convenience of having the airport terminal train right at the hotel's front door. No need to book a shuttle, or take a taxi. You simply walk from your flight to the train platform in the airport, and it drops you at the hotel, free of charge. Same thing when headed to the airport from the hotel. Very convenient, and the train takes only a few minutes.

Clean rooms, amazing breakfast, great location

Very nice place in downtown Toronto. Located on a quiet street believe it or not in Toronto core. Staff was very helpful and friendly

We liked that it was so central, Rogers Center was only an 8 minute walk away as well as the CN Tower. Everything we wanted to see and do was an easy walk. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast offered a good variety of food.

The room is bigger than the picture they posted. Clean, nice standard breakfast, and very friendly front desk! Highly recommend this place!

The front desk staff were amazing. We have two toddlers and they were so helpful and accommodating. The room had everything we needed, breakfast was great and the pool was clean and warm, We’ll definitely stay here again!

The shuttle service from airport at night had great staff. Friendly and courteous driver. The shuttle to the airport from the hotel in the morning had a driver who was talking to someone through his phone and did not acknowledge us and continued to do so on our drive and had phone between his legs and looking down frequently while driving. His earbuds were in the entire ride and his conversation continued but turned up the fan so at least we did not need to hear it. The phone in our room was...

Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had stayed here before when it was Comfort Inn and as Spark by Hilton it is drastically improved. The rooms are clean and the beds and bedding are clean and comfortable. Ventilation seems improved as air smells neutral rather than of tobacco. The in room television is nice for relaxing after busy days out and pool was warm. Overall a great place to stay in Markham!

Got what we asked for.

The woman at the desk when checking in was very courteous, friendly and welcoming. The room was squeaky clean, it was refreshing to stay at a hotel that was clean everywhere in the room and washroom. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a large variety of foods and they had "grab and go" bags for your road trip. it was very thoughtful to provide these snacks. It was my best hotel stay in a long while. I highly recommend this location.
