"The house is lovely, but need to remember it’s an old Victorian that has been updated for modern conveniences. So though they’ve done a great job and up keep was beautiful, it’s not spacious and a lil quirky. Most would say charming! We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to some amazing site in Monterey and Carmel. Thanks for the stay Jack!"

We could easily Uber/Lyft to and from, even though it was in a gated community. I enjoyed just being there and savoring the peace and tranquility of the cottage's interior and also the patio outside where there were plenty of different areas to sit and relax listening to the birds chirping in the pines. The owners have provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property is less than a 5 minute drive into Carmel by the Sea and other areas of interest are easily accessible.
