Terrible, we stayed 7 minutes and left as we felt unsafe. Rooms were damaged, we saw holes in a mattress of a room next door, lights all opened as well as the window. Felt like there was some scary incident in there. Bad smell, weird neighbors... some people seemed to live in the 'complex'. We left, no refund, don't go. Admittedly I did not read the reviews before booking. I relied on inaccurate photos, price, and location; lesson learned. Upon arrival the front desk was nice and check in was efficient. We went to our assigned room and found it to be a bit run down with water damage, rust, chips and dings on the walls, smoke detector missing with wires hanging down, and generally underwhelming. We were just going to deal with it until I found a large puddle and crack on the ground near one of the windows. I went to the front desk, the clerk did not seem surprised or apologize but did quickly assign us a new room directly above the previous room. I went to inspect the new room and found it in similar condition and an even larger puddle under a couch near a window. I immediately went to the front desk, again he reassigned us a new room. The new room was substantially smaller, the light switch near the door was not operable, and the only lights I could find were a desk lamp and the water closet light. I started my way back to the office and the clerk was already on his way to see if the room was okay. I told him it wasnt because of the lights. He was pretty annoyed with me and said there were lights and I told him to show me. There was just two desk lamps and a light switch hidden behind a microwave 10 feet away from the bathroom sink. The bedding had stains and was itchy, the TV did not fully function, and our last night we found a cockroach hanging on the wall. The walls are paper thin and this was the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been at. Cleaning staff outside the room with loud rolling carts while singing at the top of their lungs. There was only one towel in the room. We were able to get another towel and a hand towel at the front desk, but no wash cloths. We were only given half a roll of toilet paper. Waited forever at the front desk - it wasn’t well attended. We decided not to risk it and ended up just driving all the way home 2.5 hours. The pictures I feel are a little misleading. I am writing to formally report an extremely poor and unacceptable experience during our recent stay at your property. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, and it falls far below the standards expected of a hotel operating under the Radisson brand. We checked in at approximately 10:00 PM. Upon reaching our room, the key card did not work, forcing us to return to the front desk while already exhausted. Once we finally entered the room, we discovered there were no water bottles provided, which is a basic and standard amenity. To make matters worse, the intercom/phone in the room did not work, so I had to search for the hotel’s phone number online just to contact the front desk. When I called to request water, I was told to bring our own container and come downstairs to fill it ourselves. This required yet another trip to the lobby late at night. Shortly after, we discovered there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. At that point, we were too exhausted to go down yet again.
