It is a perfect place to stay. It is walking distance to Lovers' Point, Mondays Farmers Market, the Monterey Aquarium, Fisherman Wharf, a lot of restaurants, and all the beautiful trails around. You can rent an e-bike and explore the town. Besides that, it is a very comfortable, cute, place to stay. Two blocks away from Lover’s Point park and the amazing walking paths, the location could not be better. Monterey, Carmel, and Point Lobos wonderfully convenient. Houses are close together, but noise was never an issue…except for the occasional gathering of seagulls, which always brought a smile. Margaret, the owner, was so responsive and helpful with recommendations about everything from whale watching to dinner. We followed her suggestions and highly recommend doing the same. Laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with a drip coffee maker made the day to day so easy.
