"The room was so lovely, beautifully decorated, very spacious, comfortable, very clean. There was more than enough storage space. Location could not be beat. Host was more than helpful and the breakfast had many options. After a long day of sight seeing, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment was clean, we didn’t need a air condition at all. If you want escape from crowded places, this will be a very good choice. You have the good top view at the city near the beach. We were in May, so the weather was rainy and sunny, so we could visit kulturell points and enjoy the see and swim. The hostess is a very nice person and is flexible, so we could arrange one or another points at the place. Many, many thanks for warm welcome"

"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. Also could do with a more comfortable sofa Had a lovely holiday and Lucca is beautiful. Will be back"

Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. "We had a wonderful stay in Lucca. Tommaso was a gracious host. He drove us to and from the train station and offered advice and information on what to see and do in Lucca. The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring and near to restaurants and shopping. "We visited Hotel Bologna at the end of our trip arriving just around lunchtime then an overnight stay with breakfast before a late flight the next day. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. The reception team could not have been more welcoming, showing us to our room, outlining the and where all of the sights and shops were. Room was comfortable. The breakfast selection was fine, varied and service efficient. We were able to leave our luggage until it was time to go to the airport. Couldn’t ask for more!"
