Welcome to your tropical home away from home along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. This lovely Florida home has something for everyone, with the beach a short bike ride away and a world-class golf course within walking distance. Take the beach gear provided and spend your days sunbathing on the sand, collecting shells, or renting waterfront equipment like paddleboards, surfboards, boards, and fishing gear for a memorable ocean retreat. Tour the area and discover local attractions, all within an eight-mile radius, like Marco Island Historical Museum, Eco Endeavors, Dreamlander Tours, and The Rookery at Marco.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive deck. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a circular dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair and a washer/dryer are provided for convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
