"This is our go-to place to stay the night before we take a train out of Providence OR when we are going to the PPAC for a show. The rooms are spotless, the location is perfect, everyone who works here is friendly and professional, and the price is affordable. Highly recommend this gem!"

"Pros: close to train station, connected to convention center and a dead mall. Area seemed on, but it was brick cold and I didn’t get out much. Cons: place is a bit tired. Couple of wild events going on (cheerleading competition and narcotics anonymous?) Had to wait a long time for the elevator. Gym was in a different tower so I didn’t use. "

"Room was nice, concierge was nice. My problem with this and my last couple stays at Marriott is the extra charges. Parking is charged at $20/day - not stated up front, not included and no choice to opt out. No included breakfast - not even minimal coffee. In my previous stays, I forgot my coat in the room and they threw it out (or stole it), extra charges, and unfulfilled promises in dealing with issues. I like Marriott but will be looking elsewhere for future stays"

"No draining showers day manager is nice but nice don’t change the fact the hotel needs work still years of coming here little to know improvement …..good luck taking a sanitary shower here I travel a lot just don’t stay here there is cheaper and better in the same area"
