"We had trouble using the keys to enter the room and had to return to the front desk three times to resolve. Finally able to open the door after hotel was going to send someone up to help. Also, shower was unadjustable and we did not like the spray setting. Otherwise, room was very neat, clean and comfortable and front desk clerk was very nice and helpful."
