10/10 Excellent
"I was very happy with our hotel choice and would stay here again. My daughter wanted to shop SoHo, so the location was perfect. My only complaint is the area has gone way downhill, as most of NYC has. Canal street is straight up gross now, and even SoHo seems dirtier and smells of rotting garbage in places. This is not the hotel’s fault of course. I did not feel safe walking after dark with my daughter. And yes, I was a frequent traveler to NYC in the 1990s and early 2000s. It hasn’t been this bad since the 80s. The hotel was clean and pleasant though. Very aesthetic."
