"The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the elevator system is very efficient, and the location is great. We were able to easily walk to the sites and restaurants. Our room was quite small. The parking garage is less than a block from the hotel, was clean and secure, and the parking rate was discounted because we stayed at the hotel. For the high cost of the stay, breakfast should be included."

"We enjoyed four nights at this very eclectic hotel near The White House. The staff were excellent and our room very comfortable. Our only complaint is the bathroom facility is so tiny and there is noise coming from other guests arriving back late at night. No noise from the busy street only the hallway."

"My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. The mattresses in both rooms were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. I slept on the lounge chair the entire stay. When asked for the room to be cleaned, filling the body soap dispenser was missed and I had to ask for it to be filled. When I engaged the cleaning staff for towels or the liquid soap, they were nice and responded immediately. The front desk staff were just ok, nothing impressive. "
