Right from the get go the owner allowed us to get in early so I could take a work call which was amazing. The cottage is exceptionally well done for every comfort. The screened in porch allowed us to enjoy morning coffee before walking to the end of the pier. Did I say the view is amazing and peaceful. The perfect get away from the every day stresses! Very convenient location to downtown and the finish area of Historic Bridge Marathon. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, lots of pillows, blankets towels - if needed. Beds were comfortable. Loved the history of 1850 T. Blade house. Although the furniture suited the era, a couple of pieces should be replaced or restored.
