« Unfortunately, the grounds were very dirty and our room was less than clean as well. Our toilet didn't flush - we had to run out to an event shortly after check-in and there was nobody on staff when we got back to help fix the situation. They were all booked so we couldn't change rooms. They gave us a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Additionally, a woman knocked on our door around 10am the day of check out asking when we'd be checking out and i told her close to 11. She stated we needed...

« Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel »

« This is a very beautifully decorated and exceptionally comfortable room. The private outdoor garden was also lovely. VERY quiet! There is no breakfast, though. I had asked for a spoon to be provided for the granola I brought and there weren't any, so communication wasn't perfect. It is still an exceptional place, even if you have to eat with a plastic fork!. »

« Musty air, cobwebs bug and mosquito filled basement turned living space. Slippery bathroom with an untidy sight. Worst of, we could literally hear the noises and steps by the hostess and her family. We understand that kids are very active, however it was constant and very unnerving. »
