« It was a rustic cabin, it had power, microwave, a good size fridge. Easy to get to, could park right out front. Had use of our own port-a-potty. Walking distance to the creek. Kids loved playing it in. Dog friendly. Owner was very friendly. We happen to come during out of normal hot temps… but at night still very comfortable. « Great value, very clean, quiet, everything worked, great restaurant on site a short walk from the motel rooms, great complimentary breakfast (sausage, egg, and cheese on toast was excellent), in room coffee maker. My only nit pik was the mattress was "bouncy" so when your partner moves you wake up, so get 2 beds if you're a light sleeper. I would definitely return. »

« Great place to stay. The hotel has such an interesting history. It has an historic look and feel, but not run down at all. There's even a fun little "museum" in the basement level. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location too. It's surrounded by shops and places to eat. »
