"The hotel overall was nice and clean! I appreciated the staff’s hospitality. I would definitely stay there again!"

"The rooms were extremely outdated and looked straight out of the 1990s. The AC kept shutting off, leaving the room either uncomfortably hot or freezing cold. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years, and the walls were painted yellow with obvious spot‑painting that made everything look even worse. Overall, I can honestly say this is one of the worst Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed in."

"Staff was incredible. Keith was awesome - lovely bartender from Buffalo too. Rooms were slightly small but perfect for the two of us and what we needed. "

"You can only park valet...and that is only if you can find them. It took 20 minutes to him, in the side room, and then wake him-up enough that he could drive. Staff in in the lounge are not very attentive for an almost empty space. You are only paying for the history or nostalgia of the place which may have been great 50 years ago. Not worth the high prices and bad service. Would not stay here again."

"I do not do well sleeping in AC so it was nice that I was able to shut it off while I was there. They actually had it stopped for my room so they went above and beyond what most hotels do."
