"Is not what it looks like in the pictures for the price I was expecting something better"

"We we're disappointed with the lack of recreation area, breakfast area was very small, no lounge to relax in. Bedroom was good, the bed very comfortable, air con very effective. Location was not so good as we were not familiar with the area, being unable to walk far, we were not near to a subway station, although the bus stop was near enough, problem didn't always know where they went. Overall though not too bad."

"Pictures do not reflect the reality of the rooms . Showers were not shown in the booking which should've been the start of a red flag. Built up black mold in the crevasses were found in the corners of the shower, a small one tube of a 2in1 shampoo nd conditioner for a 2 double room. Sheets were dirty and not cleaned even upon a known arrival. This inn is not worth booking as there is also lamps with stains as well as walls. Don’t spend your money here, scam of an experience."

"The staff were ok. 4 stars not 3. Bring back kettles, cups and/mugs for tea or coffee. Real milk, not powdered milk thats gone hard. Bring back cotton sheets. Ones that dont light up with static every time you move. Cover the duvet inners. Our one was marked. Our room had a light just outside our room. It was on all night. We will not be returning to the Comfort Inn."

"We have stayed in many airport hotels in Toronto, and this has been by far the best! The rooms were much more spacious than we are used to, even having a full kitchen, and the prices were competitive and at the lower end of the range. Continental breakfast was fantastic. On top of the basics of cereal and muffins and coffee and tea. There was a hot station with eggs and hashbrowns and sausages. Very impressed and will definitely go straight there next time we are booking a hotel in Toronto."
