    "There were ants in the first room they put me in so they switched me to a different one (very nice) except they pestered me to have to switch back to the original room once they “sprayed the room” since the room they had to move me in based on the unsanitary conditions was an “upgrade.” They did not follow through with having me switch back, but the rest of my time in that room was swelteringly hot even with the air conditioner on full blast. I had to wet a towel and lay it on me to cool down..."
