Très satisfait du séjour.

Très bel appartement. Nous avons séjourné à 3. Très spacieux, bien équipé. 2 salles de bains. Pour la lumière du séjour, c’est le boîtier avec les 10 boutons à gauche en entrant dans le séjour. Vous avez l’arrêt de métro Falhem à 10min à pied. Beau quartier. Petit bémol sur la qualité des casseroles dans la cuisine.

RENTER BEWARE. Decent property and good location, but a terrible host. Multiple maintenance issues and a total lack of support forced us to move halfway through our 4-week stay.Upon arrival, the host instructed us to lie to the concierge, claiming we were "guests" and not VRBO customers. We’ve never been asked to be dishonest by a host. The unit wasn't even ready; we were met with laundry on drying racks and sheets hanging on doors that we had to fold and put away just to move in.The refrigerator was a disaster. A loud alarm from the control panel had to be constantly reset, the ice maker was frozen over, and we had to install the fridge racks ourselves as they were crammed into cabinets. Eventually, the fridge failed to keep our food cold ruining our food.Other unaddressed issues:•Range hood and dryer were broken.•Kitchen faucet handle literally fell off.•Pots and pans were unsafe to use as teflon was ruined•3 out of 5 kitchen lights were out.•Guest bedroom window was stuck open, letting in freezing air and airplane noise.•Shower door wouldn’t shut, wardrobe doors won't close•Miscellaneous junk everywhere.I notified the host multiple times starting day two with no response for a week. After involving VRBO, the host finally claimed repairs would happen over the weekend, but no one showed up. After two weeks of being ignored and living in a broken apartment, VRBO finally moved us. Avoid this host—the lack of professionalism and basic maintenance is unacceptable.

Things were not working. The power for the electrical plugs kept going off for no reason at all. We had to call an electrician and lose half a day waiting for him to show up. Then the fridge stoped working altogether leaving us with the only option to put our perishables outside in the balcony hoping they would stay cool enough. Worst part is that we kept messaging the host about the problems we were having and the host didn’t provide a single response. We must have sent about 5 or 6 messages.

Kommunikationen med värden fungerade mindre bra. Vid ankomsten upptäckte vi flera brister, och det var svårt att få kontakt med värden. Ingen av bristerna åtgärdades under vår vistelse.

El piso genial, aunque las puertas se cerraban solas y la nevera hacía un pitido muy molesto, pero cerrando las puertas....ya está. El propietario tiene sus cosas por los armarios y cajones, cosa que no me pareció bien, debería ponerlo todo en un lugar y cerrarlo con llave.Por estas cositas no le doy el 10, el piso es muy bonito, con unas vistas buenisimas y la parada del metro y autobús muy cerca.

I loved the location. Imperial train station close. The place was nice and large and had a huge living room. The place was very dated and needs a facelift. Some of the items were broken and there was hardly any glassware. Literally a couple of glasses. Having said all of that, our issues were with the host, so please beware. When we first booked this place, we booked for 3 days well in advance. Our plans then changed and we wanted to add an extra day on to the front end. When I went on to VRBO, it showed that other guests were checking out the day before we were originally going to arrive. I contacted the host and she said that they would be out and we could have that extra day, but that the site was not allowing her to add it. So she said she had it marked and that she would instead add the day on to the back end so we could settle the extra day cost. She then said to contact her 1 week in advance to remind her and she would ensure that we got the extra day on the front end. I sent her a note as she requested and heard nothing. i continued to follow up numerous times and then literally a couple of days prior to us arriving from Canada, she responded and said that someone else booked the day on the front end !! So we had to scramble to find a hotel for the one night. She also did not respond to any notes about check in process until we were standing outside. It also took 2 months to get our 1 night refund. Worst exp ever. VRBO Cust Service was excellent when we called them !

We loved this stay. The apartment is spacious and in walking distance of Fulham High Street and the overland train. We had lovely walks along the river and also took the Uber boat into the center of London - such a treat. The location really made it so enjoyable.

I loved the apartment. It was convenient it was very nice. However, when we parked in the parking structure, it costs us a 128, that no one told us about ahead of time. All things considered, I would definitely come back.

Wir waren etwas überrascht, das die Unterkunft scheinbar eine normal genutzte Wohnung ist. Die Möglichkeiten etwas unter zu bringen waren daher sehr begrenzt. Im gesamten war die Wohnung an vielen Stellen etwas Pflegebedürftig. Die Küche z.B. ist toll, aber das Kochgeschirr war nicht für die Nutzung geeignet. Die Lage ist gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gleich um die Ecke.

Lovely spacious, modern apartment. Kitchen has lots of equipment, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of clean fresh towels and linen and whole apartment was spotlessly clean. We had an amazing stay for two nights and loved the views from the balcony and surrounding area right on the river.Minutes walk from Imperial Warf station, with a good choice of restaurants all within a five-minute walk, and a supermarket around the corner. Everything was at our convenience.

Convenient location, but the space was messy. Lots of random stuff lying around. None of the pots and pans could be used because the teflon was scratched. It's ok for a short term stay of about a week, but anything longer than a week is not feasible.

Visiting family and nice and close walking distance to them; dining; park; river; etc Easy to grab an uber if needed Didn’t like that the key entry was tricky with top and bottom locks but once learned ok. Shower door in master bath doesn’t close properly and master closet door broken too; nice to have ac with warm weather; beds comfy; kitchen appeared to have all needed but we didn’t use it; if water from frig-made an high pitch ‘alarm’ noise had to cancel to turn off; didn’t use balcony but looked nice; plenty of space and large tv; could use to not have so much personal property in closets etc but was not in our way..host very responsive if need be
