"The lights of ceiling are dark a little. There is not the dishwasher. The most inconvenient part is none of shower head hanger for standing."

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town. "

"Dreadful smell in the reception/ dining area. All publuc areas very tired and looked / felt dirty. Bedroom was tiny and bathroom was so smslll your knees were rubbing against the wall when using the toilet! Bedroom seemed clean but carpet not so much. Just needs money spent on it. The area itself was quiet but odd - various hotels all together but all run down and grotty looking. Would not stay in this hotel or this area again."

"Great place for a reasonable price. The staff were excellent especially Vanessa and the other young woman that worked with her. They were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We would definetly stay there again and recommend it to others."
