Stay here…just do it. If you are looking for a small hotel that is quintessentially french in feel, in a brilliant location in the Latin quarter this is an amazing choice. 5 minutes to the train station that gets you easily around Paris, steps from the life of the quarter yet once you walk into the gated gardens to enter the hotel you are transported into an oasis of peaceful bliss. The hotel is old (of course) but that adds to its charm, you are in Paris after all! The staff are absolutely...

This was a really nice hotel. The beds were comfy, the room for the 3 of us spacious and well decorated and the elevator- no matter how small was appreciated. The coffee available in the front entrance at all times was a really lovely touch! As well there were plenty of restaurant options available in walking distance.

I had never stayed at this hotel before but am looking forward to staying here again. I normally pick the 6th as its close to the things that I enjoy about Paris and this hotel would be a great base from which to be a tourist or on business. There is so much to do starting right around the corner. Easily accessible, walking distance to great sights and museums, numerous restaurants, cafes, and retail areas makes this hotel an easy choice.

Loved this hotel!!!
...only 16 rooms in the hotel and about 15 minutes from Notre Dame and The Louvre so excellent location!
Tons of restaurants and shops right outside the front door and down the street. Groceries are a block away as well.... there is a small fridge in the room which was helpful.
This hotel is brand new, less than a year old with amazing staff!!
Rooms are a nice size with very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a cute living room type of room on the main floor,...

Being our first time in Paris, we were unsure of the area, the hotel itself and whether access the rest of Paris would be easy. The hotel and area did not disappoint. It's in a very safe area with great restaurants nearby. The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and only requires a single train line. The closest trainstation (Luxembourg) is about a 7 minute walk to the hotel. The Odeon metro station is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel and that metro line connects to all other major...

Loved where the hotel was situated. Close to everything, and the Handy they supplied was fantastic. Have visited Paris quite a few times, but this was probably the best. Staff was great, but wouldn’t really recommend the breakfast. So many places right around the corner. Will stay here the next time we’re in Paris.

When is the best time to go to Latin Quarter?
The best time to visit the Latin Quarter is during the spring (April to June) or autumn (September to October) when the weather is pleasant and the crowds are more manageable.
Spring in the Latin Quarter is particularly lovely. The gardens, such as the Jardin des Plantes, are in full bloom, and the outdoor cafes along Boulevard Saint-Michel and Rue Soufflot begin to fill up. The temperatures are mild, making it ideal for exploring the historic streets and visiting sites like the Panthéon or the Sorbonne University without the summer heat. This period is great for couples looking for romantic strolls and comfortable sightseeing.
Autumn also offers excellent conditions. The summer tourist rush has subsided, and the crisp air is superb for discovering the district's bookshops and museums. You'll find fewer queues at attractions, and the changing leaves add a beautiful backdrop to areas like the Luxembourg Gardens. This season is well-suited for solo travellers who appreciate a more relaxed pace and a chance to experience local life.
While summer (July and August) is popular, it can be very busy and hot, leading to longer waits at attractions.
