Work Stay
Hi there - House was very nice and equipped. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen chairs are plastic and already had cracks in them when we got there, so they were uncomfortable to sit in. Also, the TV situation is unfortunate - We couldn't cast or mirror our phones, and there wasn't any cable. Cable that was present was limited.

Primero no nos mandaron la clave para entrar a tiempo y la propietaria no contestó hasta 2 oras después q era la entrada diciendo que se le olvidó. Después no había privacidad porque tenían cámaras asta en la alberca, y eso violaba mi privacidad como mujer y la de mis hijos porque no sabíamos quien estaría viéndonos en trajes de baño. Comprendo que la cámara enfrente de la casa está ok,pero en la alberca? Donde aveces uno se quita todo nooo está ok.

Great stay overall
I am pleased to provide you with a 5-star review for our stay at Rancho Oakey VRBO! Although the weather was too cold for us to take advantage of the pool, we still appreciated the option to swim and enjoyed the serene ambiance it provided. The property also had a fun shuffleboard table that we enjoyed playing, and we appreciated having a grill available even though we didn't end up using it. We could tell that the owners had put a lot of effort into making sure their guests had a great experience. In addition to the amenities, the location of the property was perfect for us. It was close and convenient to both Fremont and the rest of the strip, making it easy for us to explore all that Las Vegas has to offer. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Rancho Oakey VRBO, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Las Vegas. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great Stay!
Our squad of four was looking for a nice relaxing spot, off the strip, to relax and pool it for a few days! This place was perfect. The house was very clean, loved the mattress’, bedding, pillows etc! The pool was so great. We did have to buy a pump, as there was floaties, but they were all deflated. Wish there would have been 4 lounge chairs, as photographed, but it was ok. Backyard needs some TLC. Cushions on the sofas really need to be cleaned, they were full of dog hair. Didn’t even use them. Hosts were easy to work and communicate with. Overall it was a lovely stay!

Bachelorette for the Weekend
Overall trip was amazing. Ashley was very responsive throughout our time there, before we arrived, and during checkout. They even allowed us to check in early. Great location. Just an Uber/lyft away from the strip. The ladies had a great time celebrating my cousin’s bachelorette weekend and we were all accommodated comfortably. Would highly recommend.

ENJOYED OUR STAY
We really enjoyed our stay and the house is furnished as described. Outside, the furniture is not the same as photos, only 3 lounge chairs available. No sectional couch. We had ants by the pool which made it tough to sit on the edge and enjoy but the owner was responsive with some ant spray. Map the address before you go, very close to highway, was not noisy but neighborhood is hit or miss for walking etc.

Nice property. Comfy beds. Great towels. The one downside for me is the televisions. They are "smart tv's that hook up to the internet, but being someone old-fashioned, I couldn't figure out how to access simple broadcast channels. Host was very accommodating for an early check in.

Bring your own ant spray and a wet suit if you want to swim
Cold pool, ants and no umbrella as shown in pictures- property manager didn’t get back to me regarding tv.. wanted to watch RAIDER game. maybe my fault but couldn’t get ESPN, even. The hostess knew we were getting in after midnight and I thought maybe they would have a few cold bottles of water in frig but NO - nothing I’ve stayed at a few VRBO’s and this one really let me down.. we were originally five people we went to three, we were going to stay four nights we ended up staying three, and all the hostess said was “oh thanks for letting me know” All her instructions about not getting make up on her white towels because she supplies make up remover wipes was… I guess for people before me because we never saw anything like that ?? there wasn’t anything in that house not even a decent raft to float in the cold pool huh?

Nice stay for family getaway
House was clean and comfortable. Linens and towels great, water pressure and temp also great. AC worked great and Host was responsive. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Plan on purchasing bottled drinking water as tap water and ice made from it smelled and tasted fishy. Not sure if previous guests cleaned out stocked items but many things were emptied or close to empty like first aid kit and dishwasher tabs. Host’s welcome binder said makeup wipes were provided and we were asked to use them (to prevent damage to towels) but we never saw any of those. I had to purchase items to keep up on the cleaning as well. Back yard photos are deceiving. There’s no umbrella by lawn chairs and yard and outdoor furniture wasn’t as clean or as nicely kept as shown in the pictures. Big weeds were growing in concrete cracks around pool area which I ended up pulling. There’s a shed that’s doors cannot be closed as it is full of dead pool floaties left behind by previous guests that really should be cleaned out. Doors kept slamming due to wind and I wasn’t able to latch them closed. When we got there it was obvious there had been a bachelorette party there before us based on some trash that had been left behind. There was trash in and around the pool we cleaned up upon arrival and the pool filter was pretty disgusting. Host responded immediately by sending pool guy out the next morning though so we were able to enjoy the pool during our stay. Bottom line, the house was clean and comfortable but the outdoor space wasn’t as nice and inviting as the pictures depicted and I had concerns about the cleanliness outside.

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool, and the beds were super comfy! We planned to do a lot of cooking while there, so I asked if there was a cast iron skillet available. They purchased one for us to use prior to our arrival! Super sweet!

Immaculate house gorgeous inside and out
I’ve booked houses in Vegas tons of times by far this is the best one so beautiful you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail each room was spacious with comfortable beds me and my girlfriends enjoyed the huge pool and lounge area nice to sit and chat over cocktails I will definitely book again !

Convenient for our family with all the amenities. Loved having a washer dryer available. Easy drive or Uber to the strip while allowing everyone to have privacy and guilt. College kids of ours in Grad school were able to get in the needed study time before heading out for the day while us older folks enjoyed coffee by the pool. Would definitely recommend or even stay again. My husband even said it was a great idea to be able to enjoy family time and he is not a traveler

Great Home for Las Vegas Get-Away
We stayed in this home for two weeks. It's in a convenient location in a quiet neighborhood -- not too far from Fremont Street or The Strip. The home is just as pictured and was very clean. Ashely and her husband were very easy to work with and were helpful on site when we had questions about the TVs. The outside space is very nice. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The pool is lovely (too bad it wasn't warm enough for us to use!). This home is a great option if you want more space than a hotel and a bit of peace and quiet but still have the "Las Vegas" experience close by.

We enjoyed our stay, it was such a nice place to escape the craziness of the strip and enjoy the pool at our leisure! The home was very clean and comfortable to be in we really loved it! The only two things I would say is, my family and I are not use to the heat at all and it was 117 degrees outside and the air conditioning was locked to 70 at the lowest we would have liked to be able to turn it down more to get a little more cool comfortable. Only other thing I would say is the pictures make this home look a lot bigger than it is but it accommodated 7 of us greatly. Overall this house made our vacation extremely relaxing, enjoyable and memorable! The pool was the best amenity and the beds are extremely comfortable!

Worst experience
We had the worst experience at this place yes according to reservation we had more ppl then stated but they were vistors and had their own hotel on the strip, we had reservation receipts and hotel keys to prove but the owner wasnt having it so he kicked up out when we only stayed one night. He rushed in the morning around 930am ish and started counting ppl and said no vistors were aloud because his insurance doesn't cover i would have appreciate it if he would have given us a warning so we can rearrange meeting up with friends instead of meeting up with us at the rental house. we have choose to meet up at the house because the strip was too much ppl and too crowded and wanted to get ready together and enjoy one anothers company. He kept the rent money and deposit when we did a walk through and he stated everything was good and we'll get our deposit back but not the rent money when we only stay they for less than 12 hrs, but after check out he came up with a list of excuses and reasons that does not make sense and his calculations were totally off. I just wanted to share this for the future renters just so they wont have to experience what I had to experience esp when i was on vacation.

I concur, this was the worst experience! I have been hosting travelers for quite some time, and as you can see, I have stellar reviews. This traveller was completely dishonest; the reservation was for 6 guests and this person had 16 people sleeping throughout my home on air mattresses. I may have never known, but luckily a concerned neighbor informed me that my furniture had been moved into the backyard and they were worried that there were an exorbitant amount of people occupying my home. Never once have I had to come to the home while guests are present, but at risk of losing my business license, I had to confirm how many guests were occupying my home. My husband and I came to the home at 10:30am and respectively requested to confirm the number of occupants, we were invited in to see air mattresses set up everywhere, including in the kitchen and people sleeping in them- these were not causal guests coming to hang out, they were obviously sleeping in my home. My husband and I requested that they leave immediately because they were clearly not trustworthy. Just before the large group left, we briefly walked through the home to confirm that there was not any obvious damage, and there was not. However, when the house cleaners came the next day, they discovered that the shower drains were filled with rice. I hate to jump to conclusions but I have to assume that this was done maliciously- guests had checked out just before they checked in and all of the drains were clear. I acted responsibly and civilly; this traveller willfully broke the rental contract and jeopardized my business license; I had no choice but to ask them to leave.This is the first time that I have requested to keep a traveller's security deposit- I did so because I had to hire a plumber to clear the shower drains of rice, also because it states in my rental rates that I charge for additional guests for groups up to 8- they had at least 16 people sleeping in my home. HomeAway does not allow a home owner to arbitrarily keep a travelers security deposit, I was informed by a HomeAway supervisor that I was "overwhelmingly justified" in requesting and subsequently keeping this travelers security deposit. What a terrible experience with dishonest people!

This home was everything we were looking for and more. It was tastefully decorated, spacious, and in a great location. Uber/Lyft to The Strip, Fremont Street, and the Airport were very reasonable. Ashley (the owner) was fantastic! I do not have one negative thing to say about the whole property. We will definitely be back.

Clean, cozy home near everything in Vegas
The home wa as advertised, and clean and quiet. It is north of the Strip, and not far from Fremont Street and downtown. Only 10 minutes from most everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

A perfect retreat in a fantastic town
Ashley's home ticks every box as far as we are concerned. Uber relaxing, Extremely tastefully decorated and dressed, seriously comfortable beds, a great pool and located in lovely quiet close in a great neighbourhood but not too far from the fantastic city of Las Vegas. Above all though the house felt familiar and homely instantly. We had never been to Vegas before and I'll have to admit I had an image of this being potentially our least favourite leg of our trip. I thought the city would have been cheesy and way too hot. How wrong I was. Vegas is a great place and the house was the perfect retreat. Also although the heat was pretty intense, due to its low humidity and constant breeze it was actually quite lovely. We certainly cannot fault the property or the city. Thank you Ashley :-)

This home is situated near an Interstate but it was very quiet all four nights. The hosts brought propane for the grill in less than 30 minutes. Very attentive. A very, very pleasant home that makes one feel "at home". The pool and lounge chairs were a hit with all of us. The kitchen is easy to use and the home furnishings show love from the owners. Three bedrooms and very good mattresses aid sleeping and there are two roll away beds if needed. The home was a great respite from days downtown in the 113-degree weather.

Perfect place!
Stayed here with 6 friends. The house and pool are really nice and really clean. Pretty quick ubers/cabs to the strip, and there is a grocery store nearby. Ashley is awesome to work with and has great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Comfortable oasis close to everything
Rancho Bel Air is a unique and fabulous property. Four of us stayed for three nights and didn't want to leave! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the pool and enjoying the sunshine. Little touches like pool towels, make-up wipes in the bathroom, beautiful linens and spices in the cupboard made for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. When we pointed out a few (very) minor things that might enhance the stay for the next guests, the owner said she would pick them up that same day. Her customer service (and recommendations for things to do) was outstanding.

Absolutely Perfect!
A group of girls and myself rented this amazing house for a long weekend and are so glad we did! The house is equipped with everything you need and is laid out really well! The backyard was definitely our favorite part which had a ton of space to hang out and eat our meals. It's located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and doesn't take long to get to Fremont St. or the Strip via Uber/Lyft who were always nearby. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking to enjoy the hustle of Vegas and have their own space to relax at the same time. Ashley was fantastic at communicating and provided all the information needed for our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Great for Vegas conference stays
We booked this property through Ashley/Tom as an "off strip" option for my team who was coming into town for a conference. Turns out it was perfect for that. Well priced, clean, comfortable, and close. An UBER to the conference center for all of us was only about 12$ each way. The grill/pool out back and the back patio was perfect for our team to relax and enjoy the down time in the evenings. Communication with the owner was flawless. Highly recommended.

Perfect Vacation!
Excellent house - and the best vacation property experience we have had to date. The house is everything it says it is and more, is in a great location, and Ashley had all the instructions laid out clearly. We had two families come together from two countries, and it was the perfect way for us to see Vegas as well as spend quality time together. Well done - highly recommended. (Loved the Foosball table!)

I will never stay in a Las Vegas hotel again!!!
I've stayed at a few vacation properties and never wrote a review, but I had to after staying here. The attention to detail is incredible!! Everything looks exactly as pictured with a shuffleboard table that was a great surprise. The beds, AMAZING some of the most comfortable I have slept in. The backyard was great, unfortunately it was to cold to swim but I hope we came stay here again in the summer.

Amazing House and Backyard in an ideal location
Ashley and Tom were great hosts. We had great communication prior to our arrival as well as throughout our entire stay and both were very easy to deal with. I stayed here in mid-November 2016 with my elderly mother. This place was perfect for Mom as it is a one-story ranch home. Mom's strong-suit aren't stairs, so the spacious one story home and walk-in shower in the master bedroom were ideal for her. Bedrooms were large, very clean, and the kitchen was amazing. Not to be outdone, the backyard was actually my favorite part of the home. Plenty of room, a large dining table, and a very nice grill. We had some relatives visit and we hung out, BBQed, and took advantage of all the space and perks this amazing home has to offer! It was conveniently located near the highway, grocery stores, downtown, and The Strip. The home has a spacious garage as well. Mom and I had an amazing stay! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I definitely plan on staying here again in the future. Thank you again Ashley and Tom for allowing us into your home. We'll be back.
