An enjoyable stay
This property provided what we hoped and expected. The owners were responsive to our efforts to understand and connect to the wifi and tv. The immediate neighborhood and "village" is unique, but provides some reasonable dining and shopping services within close walking distance.

Perfect place
We chose this location to be away from the strip & all of the traffic. It was so nice & relaxing sitting on the balcony listening to the pool. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Best Vacation Rental, EVER!
My husband and I needed a two night stay close to Harry Reid Intnl for two nights, before meeting friends to drive into Utah. I happened upon this place online, and what an amazing surprise!!!! I knew the photos were great, but hand absolutely NO IDEA how spectacular the pool, the bridge that is a replica of one we have seen in Florence, Italy, the village, the restaurants, the activities, the music on the water, the infinity hot tub, the cleanliness of the condo, the balcony view of all of the above, and the excellent communication with the owners, Brian and Amy, would be!!!!! We have recommended them to all of our friends, and will most certainly be back!!! Highly recommend, as lifelong travelers who feel this is one of, if not THE BEST place we have EVER stayed! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We WILL be back! 😎

This unit is in a great location with walkable restaurants and an excellent view of Lake Las Vegas. The pool is refreshing and quiet. A nice option for getting away from the craziness of the LV strip yet close enough to drive to it

Terrific property in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this great property. The condominium was perfect and overlooks the pool, which was spectacular. The Lake Las Vegas area was fun and relaxing. It felt like we were at a resort!

Going to the Chapel, someone else got married
The accommodations were very nice. We had a great stay. The building was quite, easy to access and just as it was listed. One thing that would have helped me would have been to have communication from the renters more in advance about their check in process. That being said I would gladly stay here again or recommend this Vrbo.

This facility is absolutely beautiful. The area is even better than the photos portray. We had other families that saw our photos comment that they want to stay where we did next time they come to Vegas!! If we ever come back, we would without hesitation stay here again.

The unit was very pleasant and Lake Las vegas was a very nice surprise. We found the unit very well located and relaxing. Easy walk to the village, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The unot was so nice and was so much more comfortable than a traditional hotel room - sitting area and kitchenette.

First, the view from the patio is breathtaking. I sat out there to read and sip coffee daily. The condo is comfortable, clean, well decorated with all you need. The coffee and cream and sugar made for smooth mornings of relaxing. The hot tub was nice! We drove to Hoover Dam and hiked the Railroad Trail. Communication was good too. Easy stay. I would definitely come again!

Nice week in Lake Las Vegas
Besides a little hiccup in communication at the start, we were very happy with our stay. The hosts and property manager were very receptive after we got past the initial delays. The building is in a great neighborhood and is relatively quiet (minus the construction going on across the lake). This is far enough away from Vegas to get away from the craziness but close enough if that's what you're looking for. We were there to visit nearby national parks and were very happy overall and would gladly stay again. It's a nice room with enough amenities to keep you comfortable.
