This property had a carbon monoxide leak that had the building evacuated. That’s why my stay had me and my family with a terrible headache due to exposure. The noise and locals from Laredo that would rent there had loud music and suspicious activity at night of women trying to pick up men and lure them into the rooms for “entertainment”. Terrible hotel.

I was very frustrated this stay!!!! I stay here 3-4 times a month while at work and on this special occasion I decided to rent a room that was deemed to have more amenities and a nicer room at a higher price then I normally pay only to get into the room to find half the linens and the bed comforter was from the 70s it was coarse and itchy and was advertised to have Egyptian cotton and a down comforter… was said to have a deep soaking tub didn’t have that nor the kitchen and so on… I pay for a less expensive room on a regular basis and those rooms are a lot nicer then what I paid more for… I brought it to the front desks attention who only stared at me and told me I must have a handicap room and after I informed him I didn’t he just stared at me awkwardly and then said there was nothing he could do… I told him I stay here often and know the manager quite well and still he didn’t try to make any effort to make things right at all… horrible experience on the special occasion… but in the bright side of things the property is clean and safe and the renovations have been amazing since my first stay…
