We have stayed a few times at this hotel and found it VERY clean, and friendly service from the staff. The only thing we didn't appreciate was a tween hockey team staying in the hotel and the children were running up and down the halls to the point where we had to open the door and ask them to quiet down, and when that didn't work called the front desk and they handled it. This is a posted policy in their elevator, we would appreciate the parents of these kids to be more attentive and respect...

Priti & Nandit Patel were amazing. We stayed for 1 week as our son completed his course at CFB. The convenience of 1 km to there was nice. Was nice to be just outside of Kingston as it was quiet and we felt safe where we were located. Priti always had a smile on her face each morning we came in for breakfast and she always greeted us.
