Very nice home; clean, spacious everything you need for a nice stay in Havasu. Hot Tub was hot, there are pool toys for the kids. The putting course got me ready for golfing. Grill did a great job cooking steaks. Great place, definitely recommend.

Great Get-Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lake Havasu City. There were six adults over 50 in our party and this beautiful home had everything we needed for our getaway. We took advantage of the great patio and barbecue grill. This home is clean and comfortable and we are happy to recommend it.

Lovely Home

This home was generous in space for our group of 6 adults over 60 yrs. old. Backyard is beautiful. Unfortunately, the windy weather some of our days there prevented us from enjoying the patio as much as we would like to have. Outdoor furniture is comfortable and gas grill was great to have for use as we chose to prepare almost all our evening meals at the property. Dan was very attentive to our requests for some kitchen/bath items. The location of the house was perfect for everything we needed.

Was a little disappointed that the 4th bedroom was just a couch and tv in the room. The description said sleeper sofa. So thought the sofa would pull out. It did not. I slept on a sofa for tow weeks. With no window in the room.

Awesome property!

We rented this property because of it's proximity to family who live in the neighborhood. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and relaxing it was. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Thank you for a lovely Thanksgiving holiday. We would love to stay again.

The house was very spaciuous. We wanted a mini gateaway right after the holidays and this house was perfect. It had everything we needed. The backyard is amazaing and very well kept. We would book this place again. We had a great time!
