"We were in town for a family celebration. Family was between the ages of 27-88. The property was in a great location to sightsee and very spacious for all 10 of us. The property owner was very responsive to our requests. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and all the bathrooms had all the amenities needed. Everyone had a great time!!!"

"The room we stayed in was, without a doubt, beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and the amenities were many. However, until check-in we were completely unaware of the fact that we would be forced to attend a sales pitch for ownership at the resort. I would never have booked this listing had I known that.it was a very unfortunate discovery upon arrival, and a huge inconvenience during our family vacation."

"My family of five enjoyed this house as a home base for our week in DC. The house was clean with an abundance of amenities to make us feel right at home. "The house was really close to DC and made it easy to get into the city to see the memorials and museums. It was also close to the Zoo which made it nice to get an early start on the day. "The location was good for us as it was in between Quantico and DC. Pictures are fairly accurate. It is definitely pet friendly. There are stains on the rugs and couch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would suggest getting a bigger couch to accommodate more guests that could be easily cleaned. This seems to be a common problem in rental property. The host was excellent. He communicates very well and is friendly."

"This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. "This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...
