"It was my first time staying at Swissotel, and upon arriving, Amelia checked me in. She was kind and asked if it was my first time in Singapore (it wasn't), but it was my first time in the hotel. She kindly joked it will be the best experience at this hotel. My reservation had one room, but had two twin beds. I preferred one king as I was there on a conference. Keep in mind it was F1 weekend as well, so it was extremely busy. So I challenged her with "you said this will be the best experience, I know its F1 weekend, but is there a miracle that there is a room available with 1 King bed instead of two wins?" Within <10 minutes she made it happen, and I couldn't believe it. To the amazing staff, and especially Amelia, thank YOU so much for making my trip pleasant and comfortable after a long flight."

"Great stop over hotel on connecting air flights. Lots of shopping, restaurants and activities to do at the Jewel Chiangi shopping centre connected via pedways."

"Clean, modern facility; friendly, helpful staff; great bedding. A short walk to the subway where you can access the entire city. After checkout, allowed us to store our luggage and then even take a shower and change for the airport. Good choice!"

"A truely excellent and memorable hi-end hotel experience. We stayed the weekend of the F1 and found this hotel was in a perfect position to access local restaurants/bars and shopping for all. The pool and facilities are like a mini inner city resort. The walk to Marina Bay was only 20minutes but didn’t seem like it as there is soo much to enjoy along the way.
