"We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The resort was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every request we made was taken care of promptly, and the attention to detail throughout our stay made us feel so special. From the comfortable beds to the staff remembering our names, it was clear that the team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for their guests. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, including stuffed animals for our children, a birthday note, and a special dessert to celebrate. We also loved the privacy light option and how our room was refreshed daily, with little details that made each day feel special. There were only two minor issues during our stay: an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and a sink knob that kept getting stuck. We would also love to see more dining options available, particularly for breakfast. Overall, these were small issues in an otherwise fantastic experience. The level of service and personal attention truly stood out, and we would absolutely stay at the Four Seasons again!"

"The property is very nice; pools are relaxing and it was not very busy when we visited (October). The lagoon is nice for kids as there are barely any waves but not so fun if you like aforementioned waves. The reservation system for cabanas and other activities is nice because you can text the concierge. Everything was clean. Self-parking was included and convenient. The host was great: quick responses and provided all the information needed. The rest of the review is just about the room and obviously since it's a hotel/timeshare, it's not something the host can control but others might want to know. The basic rooms are clean but quite small and pretty dated. However, it's pretty inexpensive so if you're looking for just a place to sleep, then this is great value. Just fyi: minimal outlets at the bedsides, carpets and sofa feel old, and with the sofa bed extended, the room becomes mostly beds (i.e. nowhere to sit except on the bed). The balconies are so small that I'm not sure it is an amenity. Nice that a fridge and microwave and coffee machine are available. Overall a good stay for the money!"
