And the kitchen lacks some essentials (serving bowls, for ex.), but also felt crowded. Erich and Susie were very nice and welcoming. They bought the place a year ago and perhaps are instituting some upgrades (the couch a previous user complained about has since been upgraded with a comfortably new...
