"Nice home, fantastic grounds if you love picking fresh local fruit. The hosts were extremely helpful, showed us around the property pointing out the fruit and “wildlife”. Would definitely stay here again when in Hilo area."

"Absolute dream! This beautiful little jungle haven was the perfect retreat while exploring the Big Island. Peaceful, private, safe, and surrounded by lush tropical beauty, it was such a joy to return to after a day of adventures. Jennifer and her husband were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The space is beautifully decorated, cozy, and incredibly well equipped, with everything you could need: kitchen supplies, yoga mats, books, bug spray, wonderful toiletries, and even fresh eggs and little surprise treats! I especially loved the comfortable bed, cozy couch and futon, and beautiful porch with its lovely evening lighting. One of my favorite experiences was opening the windows and listening to the rain, frogs, and sounds of the rainforest. It truly felt like my own tropical sanctuary. As others have mentioned, the nighttime creatures can be quite vocal, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. There is no AC, but several fans are provided. What made this stay so special was the combination of natural beauty, comfort, thoughtful details, and the genuine warmth of the hosts. It was the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Jennifer and family, for creating such a magical and welcoming haven! "

"I only stayed one night. Had room 9 in the back of the property. It was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, and comfy. Shower was tiny but it is what it is. Didnt eat at the restaurant or use the hot tub but enjoyed the room. The room was decorated nicely and had everything i needed. I wanted to book another night but they were fully booked."
