10/10 Excellent

"The staff was great as there were a couple of issues with my reservation. But they were able to sort them out. I arrived early and was able to get into my room. Although I did book the room starting the night before on purpose. (I messed up the date coming from Asia) they were still able to accommodate me. Room was very clean had a balcony and a partial view of the harbor. Great sunset."

"Pre check in was smooth. Upon arrival, well greeted and was offered with a welcome drink. Everything was well explained. Breakfast from 7am to 10am at the Terrace with a view of the city. Valet only parking. 3 elevators which one can go to level 1 parking for valet and laundry. Laundry and dryer available - cash or card in level 1. With pool on floor 6 - pool level. Where we stayed. Oh non smoking facility, so if you do, you have to step away for at least 20 feet. ABC store in the main floor, open til 11pm if you forgot something."

"We booked partial view of ocean and couldn't be happier. View of ocean, park across the street, and other hotels. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room worth 2 queens was roomyand 3/4 bathroom was great. We would stay here again."
