The hotel is charming and historic. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the Zocalo. The staff is excellent, at check in, the bellman, housekeeping, the servers at the restaurant, just so attentive and friendly. We definitely appreciate such great service. The pool area is very nice with sufficient pool loungers. We ordered room service one night and our food arrived quickly. They helped us book a taxi for the airport. Everything went so well, we would love to return here in the future.
