It was a really good stay! The staff was friendly and the room was good. The location of the hotel was at the center of Veracruz so it was super walkable.

La atención de toso el personal fue increíble, entendido que el tema del estacionamiento fue a raíz de las mejoras del municipio a las banquetas.. de cualquier forma todo está increíble, la ubicación del hotel es inmejorable

Están realizando obras a la altura de la entrada del estacionamiento, pero lo solucionaron. Pese a que envié mensaje preguntando por la dirección del mismo sin obtener respuesta, me informaron en el hotel y todo ok. El aire acondicionado está mal ubicado, y le daba de lleno a una de las 2 camas 😬 Por lo demás: Todo muy bien, buen servicio, y resolviendo el inconveniente sobre la reservación de las habitaciones (en la reserva a mí me aparecían 2, y al hotel solo le aparecía 1, pero resolvieron pronto y sin más problemas).

Lo único que tuve complicaciones fue en el estacionamiento ya que por parte del gobierno están arreglando la banqueta y no fue posible ingresar al estacionamiento

La propiedad es muy antigua y no tiene buen mantenimiento. Las ventanas de los baños no tienen seguridad, los AA no pueden regularse, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, sus ventanas no tienen protección contra el ruido, no habilitaron con alternativas su estacionamiento y la opción que dan tiene costo adicional y es un lugar inseguro.

Lo malo de este hotel, fue la regadera, le sale más a una botella al vaciar. De todo lo demás está genial, pero le sale apenas unas gotas o no se si solo sea en esa habitación. Y poca accesibilidad para extender la estancia por unas horas más.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue decepcionante. La habitación estaba en mal estado y el baño tenía un problema grave: el lavabo se desprendió. Cuando informé al personal del hotel, su reacción fue defensiva y se centraron en evitar la responsabilidad en lugar de preocuparse por la seguridad y bienestar de mi hija de 10 años. La falta de empatía y atención fue terrible.

La atencion del personal es muy buena y la limpieza, pero nos toco una habitacion que da a un restaurant cantina y era mucho ruido y musica alta, humedad en la habitacion y el enjarre del techo caido se veian las varillas y no hay agua caliente.
