"Love the stay with family, except the hot tub wasn't available, it was out of order. Kids.were looking forward to it.. also the kitchen was shuts early at 9 despite the kitchen closes at 10pm.. little bit disappointed with that too.. over all its not too bad, we always love it here.."

"Amazing property for the price. On the doorstep of numerous restaurants and outdoor activities. The facilities are also excellent for a 3 star property with outdoor swimming, hot tub and water games including TV and fires which make for a lovely relaxing end to a busy day exploring the great outdoors. The breakfast also offers a really good choice of both hot and cold options. From the UK and will definitely return."

"We stayed at this home for the Blanco County Rodeo weekend and really enjoyed our time overall. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the town square and super convenient for checking out the 290 Wine Trail. We loved being so close to local restaurants, tasting rooms, and coffee shops.The house is spacious and worked well for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the layout made it easy to hang out together, especially around the dining table and in the cozy living room. The beds were comfortable, and the three bathrooms made things a lot easier for a larger group.We would stay here again."
