Golf cart, CLEAN, pet friendly

This home is set up with families in mind—the fully fenced-in backyard is perfect for families to enjoy. There is a play set with swings/slide, a basketball goal, a volleyball/badminton net, soccer goals, a hammock, a fire pit, an electric 4-seat golf cart, numerous board games, a cornhole set, soccer balls, footballs, basketballs, adult size bikes and helmets, kids bikes with helmets, adult and junior sized tennis racquets along with balls and hopper, an air compressor, four fishing lines along with lures, fish nets and catching nets, buckets and cooler, 2 crab traps. We also have beach chairs, beach bag, sand toys, and a beach umbrella for your use. To help keep the little ones safe, there are outlet plugs throughout the home and two safety gates are available. We have a highchair and a pack-n-play (with sheets and a waterproof mattress cover), which can be set up and ready prior to your arrival, upon request. Please indicate if any of these items are needed prior to check-in.

Google Mesh whole-home Wi-Fi ensures that everyone in the house has a strong Wi-Fi connection. In addition, each bedroom has a flat-panel smart tv, allowing guests to log into their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Roku accounts.

Cancellation policy. Full refund five days before arrival, Guests have 24 hours from the 4:00 check-in time on the day of arrival to notify the hosts (via text or email) of their intention to cancel the remainder of their reservation. Guests will be refunded their money minus booking charges; half of the cleaning charges + one night stay. (Ex: 7-night reservation canceled within 24 hours of arrival will be refunded for six nights).

Please note that a large section of the garage contains the homeowner's personal belongings and is not available for use.

Gorgeous home
I hosted a family getaway to bring everyone together across 3 generations. This house is gorgeous and spacious giving 7 of us plenty of room to relax and unwind. There’s bikes, a golf cart to get to the local market and plenty of outdoor activities. The property is well-maintained. All local activities are within a 10 minute drive. We love it.

Family Reunion Home Away from Home
Spacious, bright, welcoming home with hospitable owners. Well stocked with toys and diversions. Plenty of sleeping options, even for a group of 12+. Quiet neighborhood with access to shops and restaurants and short drive to historic downtown and beaches.

Great long weekend at Amelia Island!
The home was large and just as listed! We had a group of 10 and there were plenty of options for sleeping arrangements and lots of living space. Close to beach access and downtown/restaurants. Will stay here again!
