Enjoy a fully renovated condo that sits across the street from the ocean.  This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is located on the second floor and allows you to view the amazing sunsets and sunrises Amelia Island has to offer.  Walking distance to an easy beach access that is across the street. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room.  The master bedroom has a queen bed for your comfort.  The condo also contains a washer and dryer for your convenience.   All you need is your swimsuit to enjoy your vacation.

Way too little provided for price
The place was clean and the bed comfortable. Overall a nice trip. That said, no dishwasher on property. One roll of toilet paper. Sub par coffee maker….we never did figure out the AC unit. I think a few more things could easily be provided to make the overall stay a lot more comfortable.

Bare bones, but great location
The location is great, but the place felt unfinished. Concrete backer board on the base of a couple kitchen cabinets, no chairs to sit at the counter (so no dining space), no hair dryer (I purchased my own) and no iron and ironing board. There is also no dish rack, since all dishes must be hand washed, this is a pain. The shower head is not adjustable, and you have to stand right next to the shower wall to be under the shower head. No instructions are provided on the heat/air. It was always cold, even though we had the heat on. There is a washer and dryer, but it appears to be from the 80s. We did a load of towels, and the washer on the spin cycle sounded like there was a bowling ball inside. We were here for a week and provided one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and one bottle of water. Be prepared to purchase all of these items, including anything else you would need in a kitchen. That aside, the location is absolutely great, it’s dog friendly and the cost per night is just okay. Other units at this location appear to be more finished than this one. But, the place was very clean, nice tv with plenty of “free” channels but no local channels, and the cookware is nice. Finally, management staff was very responsive and helpful when we couldn’t get our door to unlock. Knowing what we now know, would we stay here again? Probably not.
