Emporio Ixtapa Hotel was nice. The staff is very welcoming from start to finish, the food options were good. The room cleaning was punctual like always and everyone always answered questions very nicely. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but I would much rather stay at a central location hotel with amazing staff, good food, than an expensive hotel with the a bad beach, horrible food and workers who think they’re all that and a bag of chips. I would stay there again and again!

This is one of my favourite lodgings. What makes this property unique is the staff, from service in recreational areas, cleaning, entertainment and restaurant service, everyone is eager to help guests. The place is clean y well kept, although facilites are older. Beach access is great, and there is also accessibility to walk to Playa Linda and visit Ixtapa Island. Amazing place and looking forward to my next stay!
