Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt. "We really like this hotel and stay here every time we come back to Shanghai. The location is convenient, the service is excellent, and the air conditioning works well. The only thing we wish is that the toilet area were a little bigger, with a bit more space between the toilet and the wall, so it would be more comfortable."
