The staff were also nice though some of them may not speak English fluently. The housekeeping in my floor was truly nice, she couldn't speak english but she tried to communicate with us. We love her cleaning skills that make our room kept clean everyday. The hotel location is also convenience for taking metro especially Line 2\. Room view pleasant looking out to Changning Road. Breakfast was fair as choices were limited but some local food, like xiaolongbao was delicious.
