"Wall paper was peeling, short shower curtain let shower water leak onto floor. Longer shower curtain and additional towels were provided on request but curtain had to be changed by guest Event staff were excellent. Only one of 2 workstations in business area could be logged into. Phone tech support was excellent for unlocking stuck USB drive."
