Generally well appointed/stocked however, if I might make a constructive suggestion, it would be to add a cutting board in the kitchen and a mirror of some sort in the new bedroom. A small fan would have been a bonus, as it was quite warm and without screens on most of the windows we were hesitant to open the windows for fresh air. We could have walked to restaurants shopping or the grocery store. The backyard was so peaceful and loved to be able to grill. Never heard a neighbor besides the occasional chicken which was cute! The house is directly in town but on a side road so it’s not too busy. It’s one street away from Karen Hornaday Park which has a huge playground. Chantrelle recommended several great places to eat and all the local insight for beach combing and fishing. Her place looks like it’s brand new and the kids LOVED the back yard.
