"Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour s’est bien passé et nous avons passé un agréable moment. La majorité du personnel était vraiment sympathique et professionnelle, que ce soit les serveurs, les hôtesses ou les bellmen, toujours souriants et serviables. Nous avons toutefois trouvé l’accueil à la réception un peu moins chaleureux, à l’exception de Lisbeth et Yessinda qui ont été particulièrement aimables et efficaces. Les chambres sont belles et globalement propres. Merci à Odalis de l’équipe housekeeping, son professionnalisme et son souci du détail ont été très appréciés. Le point négatif principal reste la tentative insistante d’enrôlement au programme Premium Travel. L’approche nous a semblé assez forcée et ce n’était pas la meilleure expérience de vente. Une approche plus légère et moins insistante serait préférable pour les clients qui souhaitent simplement profiter de leur séjour en toute tranquillité."

"Il y a eu quelques pépins surtout au tout début de notre séjour (régrigérateur dans la chambre, exactitude des information à l'accueil, horaire du service à la chambre. Le tout a toutefois été réglé après une certaine insistance de ma part. Il faut reconnaître que la qualité de la nourriture était exceptionnelle... copieuse, délicieuse et créative. Plusieurs membres du personnel (j'en ai fait par à la gérance du Resort) étaient totalement disposés à rendre notre séjour des plus agréables... Au-delà de leur compétence, la bonne humeur et l'accueil étaient fort appréciés. Il faut dire aussi que la propreté du site est exceptionnelle."

"Très belle chambre, très spacieuse, très beaux extérieurs. Nourriture exceptionnelle pour le petit déjeuner au market place, pour les autres repas, beaucoup de produits gâchés par leur cuisson. Le homard , par exemple, est caoutchouteux, les viandes telles que le poulet mais aussi les ragoûts ou effilochées; il n'y a pas de quoi casser les pinces de crabe ni l'ustensile adéquat pour les manger, ne parlons pas de la mayonnaise inexistante.... ou industrielle. On s'adapte avec le choix qu'il reste et il est large. Restaurant italien très bon, japonais acceptable : c'est plus pour le show que pour ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Le steak house : déco impressionnante et très bonnes viandes. Le Spa est magnifique. Check-in laborieux : on nous attribue la chambre d'un autre ! Check out désastreux : on veut nous facturer une prestation SPA alors que nous avions un voucher. Mais on reviendra peut-être une 4ème fois !"
