Personale tipicamente giapponese. Altamente servizievole ed educato. Vi attendono e vi fanno accomodare in una bellissima zona con una vetrata sul lago di hakone...the verde e biscottini. Con la stanza preparata ci accompagnano spiegando in un inglese risicato le regole della struttura e le facilities. Poi stana voi, onsen in camera o bagno pubblico della struttura, piccole vasche ma confortevoli. Struttura per massimo 24 persone ma ottimamente tenuta. Poche stanze ma tutti i confort.
