Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. The property area seems kind of dangerous if it snows but it’s in a nice somewhat secluded place. The room we selected was large and it’s nice to have a large bathtub. Aug 17, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities 先日、連れと二人で宿泊しました。 順番にレビューしていきますので、少々長めです。 前日に確認の電話がありましたが、日本人ではなく、若干質問の回答があやふやでした。 ホテルの住所に辿り着き、 エントランスに着くまではほぼ階段です。 足の不自由な方は厳しいと思います。 受付の際、スタッフの方は日本人ではありませんでした。 また、そのスタッフの方は予約した本人ではなく連れにだけ説明をし、連れにガン飛ばしてる感じでこちらとしてはとても不快でした。もしツレが何か言ったら喧嘩が始まりそうな感じでした。 部屋は『シティビュー』にしました。 正直清潔感はなかったけど、 広いベッドでゆったり寝られて良かったし、 部屋のお風呂はちょっとカビ臭かったけど開放感があり良かったですね。 ご飯はどなたもほぼ高評価の通り、 全部がとても美味しかったです！！ 床に落とし物をした際、床に虫の死骸やゴミなど凄かったけど、人手が足りないのかなぁ…と言う印象です。 また、食堂での接客対応は皆さまとても良かったです。 ちなみに私たちが確認出来た中で日本人はお一人だけでした。 大浴場は比較的良かったですが、 男性か女性かどちらかがお湯を使っているとシャワーがほぼ出ない笑 シャンプー流し終わるのも１０分はかかった。寒かったです笑 だけど、温泉の効能はとても良く、私も連れも肌がとてもすべすべになって、 疲れもしっかり取れました！！ 総合的にお食事と温泉の質は良かったけど、それ以外は…でしたね。 どちらにしても、 宿泊時はお世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。 ##### ??
