La chambre n’était pas très propre et certains éléments ne fonctionnaient pas correctement ( pomme de douche, connexion internet, interrupteur). Le lieu était bruyant à cause de la mauvaise isolation entre les chambres et le couloir et la présence d’une grande route à proximité. Les transports sont à proximité et heureusement car le quartier n’est pas très attractif. Le personnel n’est pas vraiment concerné lorsqu’on demande des informations sur les transports ou lorsqu’on indique qu’il y a un problème dans la chambre. Je ne recommanderais vraiment pas cet hotel." Bronx is not the most beautiful part of NYC I admit but we never felt unsafe when going to the subway (which is very nearby). In conclusion, despite some very minor issues i would definitly recommend the hotel and will definitly go there again should we come and visit NYC again."
